MEET SIERRA
Sierra McNeil is a social worker, educator, proud Strawberry Mansion neighbor, and graduate of Temple University running as a Democratic candidate for State Representative in Philadelphia’s 195th District.
She’s spent her career helping families navigate systems that too often leave us behind, advocating for students, and fighting for resources that our neighborhoods deserve.
Sierra is running for office because she believes government should be transparent, accountable, and working for the people - not special interests and the same old establishment insiders.

MY APPROACH
Too many of us are working hard and still struggling to make ends meet, to find affordable housing, or to get quality care when we need it most.
The systems that shape our lives can change but only if we have leaders who understand them from the inside out. Sierra’s priorities are built around three guiding values: Care, Compassion, and Courage.
These values aren’t just words, they are a plan for action that puts people over politics, meets communities where they are, and challenges the status quo so we can all thrive.
